Our home is very comfortable, and close to everything Leamington has to offer - from the magnificent Jephson Gardens and the Parade, to the historic Old Town and station. You can enjoy surprising peace and quiet just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room features a king size bed with quality mattress, ensuite, TV, storage, and tea/coffee. Linen and towels provided. Help yourself to breakfast in the kitchen. Check-in time is from 6pm - please ask if you need earlier access. The space Since moving here in 2017, we have been busy transforming my very sunny garden from a wasteland to a sanctuary for you to enjoy. Guest access As well as your comfortable room and ensuite, you will have use of our fully equipped sunny kitchen. You are welcome to sit out in the garden, too. Help yourself to breakfast cereals, juice, toast and preserves. Free parking is available either on the drive or on the street. During your stay We are happy to answer questions you may have about the area. If we are not at home, you will be able to reach me by phone, Airbnb and what's app. Other things to note We have a rescue cat who had been abandoned. She is about 14 years old now, and loves being fussed.
