The space The chalet has on the first floor with a dining/living room as soon as you enter, a toilet, kitchen equipped with terrace and paellero. On the second floor you can find two double bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and one full bathroom. Upstairs is the guard with another double bed, another 90cm bed and terrace. Before entering the house there are two terrace with tables and chairs that face a particular street in the development. The social club features a paddle tennis court, four tennis courts, pool, park, and restaurant. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and right on the corner of the block you have a supermarket. In case you want to get close to Cullera is only 3km away by car, and 2km Swedish and Perelló.
