Plant lovers only Quaint and cozy with a magical garden that functions as an outdoor living room too, if you come in the right seasons. Set away from the hustle of Williamsburg, w/ a family feel + local gems for dining. Best for 2 people but there is a queen-sized sofabed in the living room for those trying to save money. I will decline bookings for more than 2ppl after 4 nights due to noise and hallway traffic that will disturb neighbors. The space 100 year old building. Don't rent if you are not comfortable w/ old building charm and quirks, not for you if you expect it to look flawless: there are stains in the tub and the floor boards are what they are, imperfections aplenty. 1 bd railroad w/ a queen bed. There is a brand new sofa bed in the living room that fits 2 people, private garden. Bath-tub as well. If you come in Spring + Summer, you must be ok with the gardener accessing the garden through the kitchen or the basement (depending on who it is) the gardeners appointed will always be a friend of mine and will have keys. We can organize a schedule that works for you. Guest access Check in 2PM, check-out 1100AM, but can try to be flexible with advance notice- please discuss at onset of booking. If in late Spring to Fall, a private, beautiful garden with vegetables, flowers, even berries! A true and rare treasure. Other things to note **Sorry, no more than 2 adults and 1 child are permitted. Please note, I will hire a cleaning service before and after your stay, but the apartment is old and will never look sparkling clean and the wooden floors are not smooth and un-polished. Don't apply if you don't understand the place is old, with some stains in the tub and on the counters.
