Summer house on the Dutch coast

The summer house is located on a campsite in a dune pan in IJmuiden within walking distance of the beach. The dune pan provides a pleasant shelter against the sea wind. Amsterdam is also easily accessible by car (40 m) or public transport (55 m). A maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children can stay. The cottage is fully equipped, such as a BBQ, garden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior gives a Caribbean feeling. The space The cottage is fairly new and everything is fresh and clean. Because of the colorful interior, a stay in the house gives a feeling as if you are in the Caribbean. The outdoor area is beautifully finished with wooden decking and in the wooden gazebo you will find everything for the BBQ. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the long summer evenings with friends and family. Two people can sleep in the master bedroom. There is plenty of storage space for bags and clothes under the bed. This storage space is easily accessible by the hydraulic suspension with which the bed can be lifted. In the 2nd bedroom a bunk bed is built in the same way in which this is done in boats (bed size 186x60). Two children or two small adults can sleep here. There is storage space under the bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons (190x130). There is storage space under the sofa bed and in the blanket chest that doubles as a table. The cottage has heating in the living room and bathroom, which gives a lot of comfort, especially when it is cold in the morning. Music can be played on the speakers via Bluetooth or standard cable. You can access WiFi with only one device at a time and there is a data limit. Therefore, bring your own movies on your laptop, because the internet connection is not suitable for downloading or streaming. Bicycles can be rented at the campsite and there is a public laundry room with washing machine and dryer that can be used for a fee. During the summer, an entertainment team for children is also active. A high chair, bath and cot are available on request. I hope that guests enjoy the house as much as we do. Guest access You have access to the cottage, the terrace and the garden house. Other things to note On the campsite there are mainly houses of guests who stay there all summer. Everyone is nice and relaxed and it is important to me that our guests respect the neighbors. Noise is not allowed after 11:00 pm and silence is then required. This is a hard agreement that has been made and our guests must adhere to it. The cottage is therefore particularly suitable for people with children and people who love a good night's sleep. Or go out in Amsterdam if you appreciate a good party!
