Our vacation home consists of 4 units, slightly different from each other, each with an independent entrance, an area for eating outside (exclusive use), and a parking space. Each apartment is independent and equipped with everything that can be useful to feel right at home!!! Large shared garden, with swimming pool and barbecue area. Very suitable for families even with very young children, groups of friends or elderly people. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place close to the sea. The space Apartment A is part of our holiday home, on the ground floor of the main building. It is a three-room apartment consisting of a kitchen with an open-plan living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Exclusive use of the veranda. It is best suited for a family with children. Fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. Our guests will find satellite TV, microwave, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron...and beach umbrella! Free linen. Cleaning products (detergents, soaps, etc.) not provided. Guest access As in every unit, it has a private area for outdoor dining with garden furniture (in this case a veranda) and a reserved parking space in our courtyard. The garden is large and fenced with a children's play area and a barbecue area, with a picnic area in the gazebo+veranda (shared services, free of charge upon reservation). Swimming pool with panoramic terrace (sea view and surrounding hills) and large solarium both paved in local stone, to relax and sunbathe. It is reserved exclusively for our guests, completely fenced for greater security. Slightly salty water, free of chlorine odor! For small children, a cot with linen and a high chair/table adapter is available free of charge. Other things to note The maximum number of people is as indicated, there are no extra beds (only children's bed). We are available for any information about the holiday home, transportation and tourist directions to the area. We provide an exclusive discount coupon for free to rent a car at low cost prices.
