Romantic hideaway - Lavender & Bee Shepherds Hut

Lavender & Bee Shepherds Hut is set in a hay meadow with stunning views across the Manifold Valley. Think glamping not camping - The hot tub will be heated ready for your arrival. Festoon lights around the outdoor kitchen make a romantic setting for evening meals sat by the fire pit. A delicious breakfast hamper is provided for the first morning of your stay. Ensuite bathroom, organic toiletries and luxury linens add up to the perfect romantic getaway in the Peak District. ​ ​ The space The hut is designed with luxury in mind - The ensuite bathroom has a shower, copper sink, heated towel rail and composting toilet. Towels, bathrobes and organic toiletries are included. A comfy indoor seating area with fold down oak table next to the log burning stove will keep you warm on chilly nights. The pull down double bed has super-soft goose down toppers and duvets and easily folds away without the need to remake the bed. There's a Roberts DAB radio, books and board games to keep you entertained. In the hut there is a fridge and sink and tea/coffee making facilities. The outdoor kitchen has a gas hob and Kadai BBQ that can also be used as a fire bowl. A basic set of oils, spices and herbs and pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. Set on a wooden deck surrounded by lavender planters, it's the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view, solar powered festoon lights add a lovely soft light at night. The wood fired hot tub is close to the hut and is very private, it will be lit ready for you to use and we will give you instructions on arrival so you can use it safely throughout your stay. We supply charcoal, matches & firelighters plus enough logs for you to reheat the hot tub, additional logs can be bought for £8 a bag. Sorry but the hut isn't suitable for pets or children. No smoking or cooking in the hut. Other things to note The hot tub will be heated for your arrival and there will be a supply of logs for use with the fire pit and for reheating the hot tub as well as charcoal for the BBQ. Should you need them additional logs can be bought for £8 a bag.
