Make yourself at home, quietly nestled in Cottonwood Ranch, drive 5 min. to touristy Old Town, 15 min to historic Jerome and 25 min. to Sedona. I can socialize a little of you like, but plan on privacy for you. I do have an overly active loving dog (a ridgeback mix) who wants your initial attention, and is usually calm and quiet throughout the night. You can walk 90 seconds to a pretty park or walk trails in the washes. You may be my guest at our club gym, pool, and hot tub. The space The bedroom includes a new queen memory foam mattress with foundation, large dresser, comfy chair, night table, large flat-screen with directv, and roomy closet with iron. Guest access Feel free to use the kitchen and fridge. I usually try to make omelets for breakfast. I often have good selection of movies recorded from Directv and acclaimed foreign films on DVD to see together in living room or music. During your stay I enjoy socializing with guests for a time, but also can give you space and time to enjoy the kitchen and living areas on your own. I'm retired, and usually out on activities a few hours a day. Other things to note The bathroom is sometimes shared with a traveling medical professional, who is quiet and considerate with restroom and clean. It is almost your private bathroom as I never use it so it stays clean.
