The space There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. There is also an open kitchen, complete with dishwasher, hob, microwave and oven. The bathroom on the 1st floor has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. You can enjoy the sun in the garden with a south-facing terrace. Bathroom was renovated in 2018! Other things to note NOTICE: -This property is not rented to groups of young people due to the tranquility. -Reservations for groups or parties of individuals under 23 years of age are not allowed. -Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, or drinking parties in this house is prohibited. -This property is exclusively bookable for tourist purposes. -A maximum of 4 adults with possibly 2 children are legally allowed.
