Little Blue House is located in the coastal village of Kato Zakros, on the hill right next to the famous Minoan Palace and overlooks the sea. The accommodation is 500m from the beach and taverns and 160m from the entrance of the Minoan Palace. It is suitable for two people. The space It has a room consisting of a kitchen with cooking hobs and an electric oven, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, an iron as well as a double bed with a Sealy mattress and a wardrobe. Free WiFi and parking. Private outdoor bathroom 20 m away. It offers the ultimate sense of contact with the Cretan landscape and the sea. On its spacious terrace you can enjoy the sunrise and the starry night sky and experience unique moments of relaxation and tranquility offered by the view of the bay and the immediacy of contact with the great Minoan civilization. Visitors to Kato Zakros enjoy swimming in the sea, hiking in the Cretan nature and the Gorge of the Dead, exploring the caves, the excellent food, the nearby beaches, but mainly the tranquility and energy offered by the place, away from busy and crowded places. Kato Zakros belongs to the UNESCO Geopark of Sitia and this is where the European long-distance path E4 ends. Other things to note Little Blue is a part of a 1940's originally built family house, used as a farmhouse. Grandparents used to stay here during the summer harvest time. At those times, bathrooms were placed outside of the main houses. After the great Minoan Palace was found and excavated, any expansions or reconstractions of buildings close to the palace were forbidden by law.
