Description

10 Sunday School Court, is a contemporary hideaway in central St Ives with car parking and sea views. It's a really stylish apartment, with clever touches of colour to add vibrancy. Set on the top floor of this recent development you are up above the roof tops. Local essentials are seconds away, including bakeries, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Tucked back overlooking the lovely of Trewyn Gardens you can easily escape the hustle and bustle of a busy day on the harbour. Sit back and admire the view from the living area or rustle up dinner with the same backdrop, you’ll look East over St Ives Bay with Godrevy lighthouse in the distance and St Eia Church in the foreground. The open plan living, dining, kitchen area is perfect for rustling up meals and sitting back after a day exploring the location. Throughout you'll find luxurious touches such as the dining table, German appliances, granite worktops and comfortable leather sofas. The two double bedrooms both enjoy sea views and quality beds. The family shower room features a good shower, heated towel rails and soft fluffy white towels. The property has one allocated car parking onsite. The living area benefits from a sofa bed that can be used on request. Sam, and team are here to make sure you have a wonderful stay. All of the property. We're live locally and know the area really well. We're here to make sure you have a great time, whether it's surf tips from Sam or places to eat, your welcome to ask us for help and advice. We use a self service check-in to give you flexibility when arriving, we might swing by to check everything is ok during your stay but we like to respect your privacy too. St Ives is a really special town. With a mixed history, it's an ancient fishing port that has developed into an artistic escape for many and is now one of the UK's best know holiday towns. You'll find golden sand beaches with crystal clear waters, surfers love Porthmeor and there are at least 3 other beaches in a 15-20 minute walk from your front door. Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Museum and Gardens are well worth a wander, both are in walking distance to. The food scene is excellent and you can expect more than just standard grub. From family friendly to the likes of Porthminster Beach Cafe which serve excellent food in a laid back beach side environment. Sunday School Court is close to St Ives train and bus stations (5-8 minute walks) but as it has parking a car is also really convenient to. We find many of our guests don't use their car during their stay as St Ives has lots to do, if this might be you, do consider the train. We aren't on the notorious St Ives one way system so accessing the car park for Sunday School Court is a bit easier than in other places in St Ives. Everything in town is in walking distance. There are some good local bus routes and we highly recommend exploring the renowned South West Coast Path. We can provide a travel cot and high chair if required.
