New apartment (2019), located on the 5th (last) floor in a building with an elevator, in a closed housing estate, with a private parking space directly in front of the building. The apartment with an area of 49 m2 consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with an area of 10 m2. It's glazed, bright, and spacious, overlooking the panorama of Gliwice and the surrounding area. Great for tourism and business purposes. A double bed in the bedroom, a spacious closet-garderoba. In the living room, a sofa bed for 2 people. The space The apartment has all the amenities necessary for a longer stay, i.e. a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a hot plate, an oven and a microwave, and a washer-dryer in the bathroom. The apartment is also equipped with a projector + screen + soundbar, a Netflix subscription with many good videos. The estate has a children's playground. Guest access The apartment is fully available to guests. Other things to note Cashless payment (airbnb/wire transfer) only. I don't have a cash register or a terminal.
