Apartment for two with river view close to Prague

Lovely double-room with sauna and cosy garden with river view is situated in Brandýs nad Labem at quiet area close to Renaissance chateau. Cycling path and swimming just behind the fence, walking in nature and at historical places (chateau, churches, old pilgrimage site Stará Boleslav), restaurants, cafés, natural lakes and forests. Private parking and lockable space for bicycles. Prague reachable by bus or car, 10 mins to metro, 45 mins to the Prague centre. Looking forward to meeting you! The space The Apartment consists of small kitchen, room with twinbed, relax room with sauna and futon and fireplace, bathroom. Guest access All facilities including small garden with terrace have separate entrance and are private just for our guests. Other things to note Sauna Sauna is a private part of the apartment. November - April we charge extra 300 Czk/12 Eur due to cost of energies. In other months our solar system covers the cost. Thank you for your understanding. Food and drink Tea, coffee and fresh water are prepared for you free of charge in the room. You can order breakfast basket, please let us know in advance. The room is equipped with a fridge. There is an outdoor fireplace with barbecue facilities. The small grocery store is located 250 m from the house, both supermarkets and small shops nearby, such as a bakery, a vinotheque or a healthy diet store. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, you can buy in the farmers' markets. Online groceries Rohlík and Košík are delivering to our place, we can overtake the purchase in advance and prepare it in the fridge for you. In the city you can eat well in local restaurants, we recommend you where to enjoy good coffee. Sports, entertainment, history The villa is located directly at the cycling way Polabská cyklostezka, nearby is the rental of scooters. Swimming is possible in the river or in the nearby lakes Probošťská jezera, Lhota or Malvíny. In nearby Houšťka there is a rope center and a summer cinema. You can visit the Renaissance chateau with a garden, the Jewish synagogue and cemetery and other monuments. Stará Boleslav, where you can easily walk across Elbe bridges, is a well-known pilgrimage place. You can visit one of the oldest Czech churches Church of St. Kliment, Basilica of St. Wenceslas or the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. In February, you will experience a carnival parade, Audience with Emperor Charles the 1st will be held in April/May, and in June you can enjoy the artistic atmosphere of Polabský Montmartre in the gardens of chateau. In September, the town is living by St. Wenceslas celebrations, historic markets take place in the Advent period.
