Quiet Lane, few mins from Cambridge

Experience the best of both worlds. The peaceful tranquility of English village life yet only a 6 minute train ride to all that Cambridge has to offer. (Only 3 minutes to Cambridge North Station). Great transport links to A14 & M11. And very convenient for Science, Business and Research Parks The space Literally a few minutes walk from the house to the train station. 6 minutes to Cambridge and less than 1 hour to London Kings Cross. It's a double room (for single occupancy). It has a sloping ceiling too, just for added quirkyness. It's warm and cosy and amazingly comfortable! There is ample free parking and the neighbourhood is VERY safe. Guest access You will also have access to communal areas such as the kitchen and lounge, as well as the back garden which can only be described as a sun trap (if the sun is shining that is). You'll have access to the shared bathroom too. It's on the ground floor, just so that you know! During your stay If I'm around during your stay, I'd be more than happy to exchange travel stories and/or chat to give you ideas of what you might like to do. I'm equally happy to leave you to explore by yourself and in either case, I will respect your privacy. I'm a blues musician and play locally (and further afield). Depending on the length of your stay, you're welcome to come along to gigs if you like. Other things to note The only thing that I can think of that might impact your stay is, I'm very new to Airbnb. Apart from letting other rooms in the house out on a monthly basis to lodgers, I've not done anything like this before. Even though I'm not a professional at this, I'll do everything I can to make your stay a pleasant one. I'd also say my house isn't a posh hotel and certainly not a palace but It's my home and I really like it. I hope you'll like it too! You'll certainly be made welcome!
