The space PLEASE NOTE; Koringberg Views comprises of a Main House and a Studio. THE STUDIO IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM END MAY 2021 DUE TO RENOVATIONS. The Main House - Casa Nostra (Sleeps 6) Room 1: King size bed, Room 2: Double bed, Room 3: Double bed Main en-suite with bath, indoor and an outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom with shower Candy's Studio (Sleeps 2) King size bed or 2 single beds Bathroom en-suite with shower 2 additional children under the age of 12 can be accommodated if required, mattresses and a baby travelling cot can be provided. R200 once off per child additional if over and above the 6 people The Main House consists of the master bedroom with an open plan bathroom, his & hers hand basin, Victorian slip bath indoor and outdoor showers. This room has an extra length King Size bed, reclining area for reading or to enjoy your private quite space from the rest of the house and leads onto the large covered Stoep and lap pool (8m x 3m), offering full views of the wheat fields and mountain range. A second bedroom has an inter leading bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a double bed, and opens onto a small private courtyard to the back of the house. The third bedroom has a double bed and large sash window facing the view and pool area. This room can be converted into a study with a work desk if your stay requires working from home. This room shares a bathroom with room two. The spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area has fold up doors opening the entire area onto the Stoep and pool, the outside area is 18 meters long, 4 meters wide, outdoor living emphasized; undercover braai, dining table, and lounging area with casual chairs and couch and pool side recliners. A fire pit lower down in the garden offers an additional entertainment area. The house has big sash windows offering plenty of light and sun and an indoor fireplace for those winter getaways. The Studio is adjacent to the main house and has a separate entrance, French doors open onto the Stoep and pool area facing the view. This is a fully contained unit. One large room with bathroom en-suite, lounging area and kitchenette. The back Stoep faces a small olive grove. Guest access Our village still offers a rural environment, with gravel roads and vast areas of wheat fields, ideal for bicycle riding, walking or running, you can do this in the village or use one of our trails, these are located in a safe, private environment . The 3 circular hiking trails are all clearly marked and are fairly easy, but uneven and can be slippery in wet season. These routes offer exquisite views of the Cederberg & Winterhoek Mountains and the entire Swartland. 5km circle - easy 11 km up to Lapa and back - same as full moon hike 16 km past Lapa and down hill and back via railroad Dogs on leach welcome.
