My place is close to Fürth's city center Gustavstraße. In summer, and in winter in the countless bars, cafes and restaurants, the Fürth old town scene bustles with activity. You can reach the apartment via the courtyard and find it right on the left raised ground floor. It is only 200 m to the Fürther Rathaus subway station. From here you can reach all stations in Nuremberg and with a transfer at Nuremberg Central Station you can easily reach Albrecht Dürer Airport. The space The completely renovated and newly furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the quiet rear building of a historic, listed ensemble in the old town of Fürth next to the unique Gustavstraße. In a few minutes you can walk to the beautiful Fürther Stadtpark. It invites you to jog, stroll and relax. In summer, the salsa scene meets here on Wednesdays at the Stadtparkcafe. (Me too☺) All shops for everyday life are within 5 minutes. But if you prefer - which is understandable at the low prices - you can be served from breakfast to evening in Gustavstraße... there are also at least two hotspots for those who prefer to dive away from the vibrant life... Theater, Comödie Fürth, Metroplex, Fürther Mare are all within easy walking distance. The apartment is equipped with an oven and stove, a sink and a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. If you use something, replace it, that's the rule. So you can start cooking! The completely new bathroom has a walk-in shower and invites you to linger... The bedroom has a bunk bed 140 cm wide. Among them are 2 armchairs that invite you to read when the TV is running next door. The floor is laid with solid wood parquet, except in the bathroom (tiles), which is allergy-friendly. In summer, you can sit in the courtyard and talk to the residents in the local dialect. (If you understand it...☺) In the transitional period and in winter, the Swedish stove invites you to make yourself comfortable with a glass of red wine. Of course, the summer night can also be made even hotter with this... Wood is always abundant. Ecological and CO2-neutral! Heats up vigorously. The wood comes from my own forests and grows back... I'm happy to take care of the laundry. Of course, you can also bring your own cuddly blanket and your own cuddly pillow... Guest access The apartment is a self-contained, private apartment with a combined kitchen and living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom and is reached via the inner courtyard of the old building ensemble on the raised ground floor via its own apartment door.
