Small apartment in a unique complex

The Büdnerei is a special, beautiful, creative place. Old brick houses with individual apartments are located in the middle of a huge garden with a theater and plenty of space to breathe. Children are welcome, as are artists over a long period of time for creative work, families, loners with a longing for relaxation and tranquility. You can spread out on the large grounds and enjoy this unique area so close to Berlin and away from mass tourism. The space The Büdnerei Lehsten is located on the edge of the beautiful Mecklenburg Lake District, 20 minutes from Waren an der Müritz in the small circular village of Lehsten. The apartment consists of two rooms, a small kitchen and a shower room. Old wooden floors as well as half-timbered and partly clay walls create a special atmosphere. In winter, it is cozy and warm in the apartment. In summer, the direct access to the beautiful green park is enticing. Right in the courtyard outside the door you will find our "Büdneria", a small, fine restaurant with homemade, seasonal dishes. Everything is freshly prepared and offers relaxation to pamper yourself with a cold drink or coffee (open Thu-Sun). Guest access A huge garden with many small hidden corners and quiet bays, tables with chairs everywhere. Great places to sit together, eat, read, paint... Other things to note We are theater and filmmakers, i.e. we live partly on site, partly we are on the road for a long time. In this case, one of our employees is often at the farm or comes when something comes up. We can definitely be reached by email.
