A double room and additional bedroom for up to 6 people in addition (total 8 people) in the large wine cellar in a modern loft style. Wellness area with open shower. Sauna for an extra charge. The bathroom with toilet and sink is in a separate room in this bedroom. There is a separate large shower in the sauna area. Sauna for extra charge. In the large wine cellar in modern loft style there are two sofa beds for 2 people each. A double mattress for 2 people can also be provided. A 9th person could sleep on the sofa (attention: no sofa bed). Another (optically but not acoustically separated from the large sleeping-living area) is located with a table and chairs in the room to the garden area with a complete glass front / glass doors to the garden. Kitchen, large wine cellar (sleeping-living room), projector, screen, conservatory, garden area with barbecue corner and fire bowl. Wi-Fi available, but sometimes weak reception. Near Sachsenring, train station, supermarket, restaurants. The apartment is suitable for transit and only for sleeping for a maximum of 9 people. For a longer stay, I recommend a maximum of 6 people. It should be noted that not all rooms are clearly separated from each other, but the entire apartment is kept quite open, partly glass doors with roller blind. Open shower... Each guest staying 2 days or more deposits a security deposit of 15 euros/day of stay (e.g. 30 euros for a 2-day stay). Electricity costs will be offset against this amount at the end and the difference will be refunded to the guest in cash or by bank transfer. We are located in a very quiet and noisy residential area. From 10 PM, activities should therefore be moved indoors. However, through a large glass sliding front you can still look into the garden.
