Large House in Fontainebleau Forest and Rocks

Architect's house of 260 m², quiet, located in the middle of trees and rocks, on a natural plot of 10,000 m² on the slope of a hill. 5 min drive to the Forêt des Trois Pignons and the famous 25 bosses trail, 15 min to the Fontainebleau forest and 10 min to the Buthiers leisure center. 10 min from climbing sites and equestrian centers. Many walks or bike rides (not provided but rental on request) possible from the house. The space This house is ideal for up to 15 people (including children). You will have at your disposal 7 bedrooms (including 5 with private shower room/bathroom), 1 equipped kitchen, a large and beautiful living room, a large wooden terrace of 40 m² facing south and a wood of one hectare. In front of the entrance is a 150 m² expanse of sand at the foot of a rock wall, which is an ideal play area for children and which is not used for car parking. Parties are not allowed, nor is music on the outdoor wooden terrace. Noise must be greatly reduced from 10 p.m. There is no hi-fi installation or speakers in the house. The quiet of this valley is very protected. There is a 4 m diameter trampoline below the ground, to be used under adult supervision. Pharmacy and bar in the village of Vaudoué. The village PROXY grocery store closes at 9 p.m. from Tuesday to Sunday and can deliver by phone order. The Intermarché in Oncy-sur-Ecole has a DRIVE service. All shops and supermarket in Milly-la Forêt 7 km away. On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen (small freezer 80 cm high), dining room with extension table for 15 people, guest cloakroom, guest toilet, large corner fireplace, living room with large flat screen TV and high ceiling overlooking mezzanine, 2 bedrooms, each with double bed 160 x 200, with private bathroom and toilet, with direct access to balcony leading to terrace or woods. The back bedroom has a TV. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and 1 with two single bunk beds plus a pull-out bed. Bathroom and toilet. There is a small blind room with an umbrella baby bed, a baby crib and a single mattress placed on the floor. Large office area and TV lounge open to the lounge below. This TV (BO) has a DVD player. Ground floor with 3 bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200; each with private bathroom and toilet. Each with direct access to the natural terrace. The one at the back, larger, has a changing table. 4-5 parking spaces, below the house, on the path that winds through the property. Beach volleyball net provided, to be installed on the sandy beach, or on the Cul du Chien plain in the forest of the three gables. All mattresses are less than three years old. Sheets and towels are provided. The house is strictly non-smoking. Cigarette butts are not to be thrown outside. Compulsory cleaning 100 euros. Other things to note The presence of sand in front of the entrance to the house makes it difficult for a disabled person in a wheelchair to enter. A small path starts from the east side of the house and rises in the forest towards a plateau high up behind the house. Warning: do not let a child go there alone because, despite the protective net, they can end up above the small rock wall.
