Large gym with sound and TV, can take the trip on a road bike as well. Possibility to borrow canoe or kayaks to paddle in the beautiful archipelago right from the house. Short distance to Hove or other hiking areas. About 10 km to Arendal city center. A small boat with 9.9 hp is included. The space 150 m to the beach with volleyball court. The convenience store is 600m away. Hove National Park is 5 km away, otherwise there are several miles of trails from the house that can be used for running and cycling. Guest access There is a canoe and 2 kayaks that can be used by appointment. A 750 cc motorcycle that can be rented by appointment. A set of complete diving equipment can be rented by appointment. Electric bikes and regular bikes can be used. It is possible to rent a small boat with 9.9 hp that is on a trailer. Boat ramp 200m from the house. Other things to note The ventilation that runs in the bedrooms is cooling. If you want to keep the rooms cool, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed.
