The villa is ideal for a group of friends of a family with children. The property is only 1.5 kilometers from the port of Kea and is close to the supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, cafes. The villa is in a small complex of 5 houses, each with its own swimming pool. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a w.c. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one bathroom. On the ground floor there is an independent guest house. The space Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four boats going to and from the island every day during the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out during the summer months. Most of these villas are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. The villa is 120sq meters on a 1,500sq meters plot of land, overlooking the Port of Kea. The villa is 1,400 meters from the Port. 700 meters is asphalt road and 700 meters is a dirt road, so I would suggest a 4X4, though it is not necessary. Check in after 3pm - check out 11.am. Luggage drop off available. Smoking allowed. Pets considered. Children should be supervised in the swimming pool area. Maximum capacity 6 people. Car recommended as there is 700 meters of asphalt and another 700 meters of dirt road to reach the property. Guests are kindly requested to respect quiet time from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and after 12 at night. No loud music is allowed in the swimming pool area. No parties or events are allowed.
