12 kms from Aix en Provence, this 17th-century house stands in a field of olive trees facing the Sainte Victoire mountain range. Set in an exceptional natural setting, it adjoins the main house, a 13th-century Templar mill with a small stream, the Bayon, flowing past. Independent and entirely renovated, La Feuillère offers all the comforts of a modern home. - On the first floor, a spacious living room opens onto two small stepped gardens and a large terrace. This living room is divided into a sitting room with fireplace and a fully-equipped open-plan dining room/kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle...). - On the 1st floor, two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and separate WC. - One bedroom with double bed (160cm), bathroom with bathtub, view of the Sainte Victoire. - One room with two independent 90cm beds that can be converted into a double bed, (on request) bathroom with Italian shower, view of the Sainte Victoire. If you'd like to increase the number of guests, we can provide the following at extra cost: - A suite comprising a double room (bed 160cms) communicating with a single room (bed 100), 2 bathrooms with Italian shower. This is an independent room, opening onto the garden and close to the gîte. Please contact us for prices. La Feuillère can accommodate 4 or 7 people. Baby cots and chairs are available on request. All linen is provided except pool towels. The 20-meter-long swimming pool is just a stone's throw from La Feuillère, in the middle of the pine forest. Open from June 15 to mid-September or late September, depending on the weather, it's yours to share. Fully fenced, it is equipped with alarms.
