Secluded, Cosy Shepherd Hut with hot tub

Our luxury Shepherd Hut has been fitted to an exceptional standard, a fully equipped mini home in a private location. Set with trees (37 different bird species) with fairy lights, overlooking a large field. Complete with wood fired hot tub, fire pit, bbq and pizza oven. Wood supplied for fire pit, hot tub and wood burner. Charcoal supplied for bbq. Fully equipped en-suite shower room, with flushing WC. Small over, fridge and single ringed hob. Starlink WiFi is available with excellent speeds. The space A mini home from home with a TV, full size double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room, wifi with great speeds. Tucked away beneath the apple trees in the corner of a paddock, you have your own fenced garden around the Hut - a perfect country retreat. Well-behaved small dogs welcome by prior arrangement - send us a message to discuss further. Guest access Our hut is located next to the paddock, a short walk from the parking area. Be prepared to walk on grass to gain access, sadly however this does mean it isn't suitable for people with limited mobility. The hut is situated away from the main house, in a secluded and private spot however you are free to enjoy the paddock and extensive grounds, whenever you wish. The property is not on a bus route, there is no pavement on the B road and we strongly recommend your own transport. Other things to note The C road and other property within the grounds are not visible from the hut or garden. Local pubs include The Barge Inn on the canal; the friendly village pub, The Brewery. Excellent food can be found at The Well and The Raven. All these pubs are within 1.5 miles. It’s possible to walk to the Brewery and Barge on a footpath opposite the property, which takes about 45 minutes.
