Relax in the countryside (small room)

Modern living spaces with perfect views and proximity to the dam. There is a large garden, nice people around and nature is right at your doorstep for hiking, swimming and more. We have a son who was born in 2022. Usually he is very nice :-) But there is a child in the house, which you should know and like :-) There are no pets and unfortunately no animals are allowed. The space Spacious, shared living room as well as adjoining dining room and kitchen. Beautiful view of the countryside with a garden with pond. All rooms have ceiling speakers with central music control. A private Airbnb room is available in the attic. There is also a shared bathroom with toilet and shower in the attic. Our bedroom is also in the attic next to your room. The children's rooms are on the first floor. However, it could always be that one of the children comes to visit the parents at night and it is therefore a little louder or the light in the hallway comes on. Guest access All areas, except our bedroom, children's room, bathroom on the first floor can be used. During your stay We are always happy to have nice conversations, a glass of wine, activities and local travel tips :-) Other things to note The Aggertalsperre is a 2-minute walk. A dam where you can swim and also rent a pedal boat. Likewise, many hiking and bike paths along the water. Otherwise, we have more dams and great places to visit in the surrounding area if you want to enjoy a nice walk with a view of the countryside. If you like it spectacular, you can take the car or taxi to the city (Gummersbach center - about 10 minutes). There are restaurants, bars and clubs for every taste.
