The house is an open-space house, with a lot of light and space. Residents will live in a peacefull suburb in the southern part of Linköping, easily accessible from the E4. A large outdoor playground is adjecent to the house. Parking is free, located very close to the house. Busses (4 and 12) run every 10-15 minutes. Bus 26 takes you to Ryd and Tornby. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to LiU. Fresh towels and bed linnen are included in the fee. Tea or coffee is also on the house for all guests. The space We offer you a complete basement floor, ideal for a family or a group of friends. It is a combined living room and bedroom and you have access to the sauna and a private large shower room. The toilet is located on the groundfloor. Your living space is 57 m² in total. The room is furnished with three beds, three comfortable wide sofas (not sofa-beds), a small diningtable and chairs, a desk with a chair and a TV with cable TV channels. The three beds are 90 cms wide (standard single bed size) and they have memory foam mattresses, for extra comfort. Please note: You will have access to the complete basement and it will be only for you to use, but there is no physical separation between the basement and the first floor, only the stairs. This means that you can hear noice from the floor above and it is slightly less private, as you have no actual door to this room. The landlord family, though, sleep on the top floor of this 225 kv.m, three storey house. On the ground floor, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large light livingroom and a guest room with a bathroom adjecent to it. Your toilet is located in this bathroom. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. Guest access There is a sauna in the basement and an outdoor hot tub is available for guests - if you reserve it 24 hours in advance. We also have a garden grill that guests are welcome to use. During your stay We are almost always at least one at home, and we will try to be at your service if you have questions or need any help. Don't hesitate to ask us anything! Other things to note Zera, the dog (a black labrador retriever) is quiet and loving but very social and might invade your personal space if not restrained. Please let us know if you are hesitant or worried about the dog and we will make sure you are not inconvenienced during your stay. Also the cat, Måns, is social and might visit you in the basement, as he likes to walk around in the house. Please do - not - lift the cat. He is old and has problems with his back.
