Short drive from Williams F1, 5 minute walk from Crown Technology. 15 minute walk from Wantage. Also close driving distance to Ardington House and Lains Barn (10 mins). The property will be unavailable from 8am - 6pm, (unless we have agreed a prior arrangement at time of booking), this is flexible for weekend bookings. (Price is for one guest, small additional charge for extra guest) Cooking facilities will not be available. Tea/coffee making facility is for guest use in the kitchen. The space Kitchen is available for tea/coffee only. There is a work desk in the bedroom. Private bathroom with shower. Breakfast available if required (cereal, tea/coffee). Private off road parking PLEASE NOTE: no food is to be taken up into the bedroom, all food MUST be eaten downstairs. Happy to give lifts into/from Wantage if I am available. Guest access Kitchen is available for tea/coffee only, cooker is not for guest use. Other things to note Property will be unavailable from 8am until 6pm, unless a prior arrangement has been agreed. Check in and check out times are flexible for weekend bookings. Please confirm in your request that you are happy with check in time from 6pm and check out before 8am (week day bookings).
