Welcome to the nature's lap! We offer 3 wooden houses (2 are 700m from the lake and 1 on the lake). Each house has 3-4 bedrooms. One house is rented exclusively for one group/family/couple, full privacy guaranteed. Nearest town is 15min drive away, no neighbours, no roads around. See space description for details. In 3 houses there is a total capacity of 7 private bedrooms (6 double beds, 1 sofa bed) and 3 open bedrooms (7 sofa beds). Additional foldable beds are available for kids. 2 forest houses are 700m away from the lake, 1 lake house is right on the lake. All the houses are the same, just Lake house has 3 private bedrooms instead of 2, has bigger gathering area downstairs and does not have heated floor, heated only with fireplace during winters). All the houses have full wifi access and digital TV with TVs in each room. HOUSE DESCRIPTION: •Upstairs: -2 private bedrooms (one bigger one smaller, with double beds, TV, possibility to bring foldable bed) -1 open bedroom with stairs to the first floor (2 sofa beds, possibility fora foldable bed) •Downstairs: -bathroom (toilet, shower cabin, washing machine, towels, soap); -kitchen (all the tools required for cooking, spits for roasting, double cooktop with fire, dining table with 6 chairs); - living room (TV, fireplace, sofa bed and armchairs, coffee table, huge windows to the forest); Outside: -fire pit outside; -big terrace with a table, benches; -playground; -basketball court; -volleyball court; -sauna, hot tub; Additional info: -pets are allowed; -fishing possibility; -boat access; -access to lake; -you can gather fresh mushrooms or berries; -homestead’s territory is lighted; -completely distant and quiet place. There are no other homesteads or roads nearby. -there‘s a possibility to have 16 chairs and desks for lectures. Guest access There are 3 wooden houses (2 are 700m from the lake, 1 is right on the lake). We rent one house exclusively for one group/family/couple, so all the house is for your private use. You might need to share the forest and surrounding area with people renting other houses (if any). Also, you will need to choose the days for using sauna and hot tub in advance, so we could arrange separate days for you and other guests (if any). Other things to note 1) ARRIVAL Please note that there is no public transportation running to the Homestead. The only way to reach the place is by car. We can happily provide you a car for rent at economy rates. 2) HOT TUB AND SAUNA Please note that hot tub and sauna are included in the price only when the total booking price is over 200 eur. Otherwise additional payment to reach 200 eur is paid on spot for the caretakers (additional payment is requested as it takes 8 hours of work to prepare and clean the hot tub, thus bookings below 200 Eur do not cover the costs of caretakers work). There are two houses in the compound so please book it in advance to make sure it is available at your preferred timing. 3) LAKE The homestead 10 min walk from the lake (except lake house which is on the lake). You have a full access to the lake, sandy beach and swimming area. The water is very clean and transparent. During summer you have access to use the paddle boats, and during the winter feel free to enjoy winter activities. Don't forget your fishing equipment too!
