Bright and accommodating room

We offer a bright room of about 11 m2 with a private bathroom in our newer house (built in June 2015). By agreement, the refrigerator can be used, but not the kitchen itself. The home is close to the square/center (about 2 km). 50 meters to shopping. Less than 100 meters to OK charging stations. 1 km to lake/park. 3 minutes' walking distance to the bus stop. 1.6 km from the University College Vest (UC syd). Easy access to/from the highway. Our home is good for students, tourists and business travelers. The space The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and bus connections. The room is new, bright and clean. The garden/terrace can be used by appointment. We have had our profile closed from October 2022 to June 2023, due to noise from the demolition of a building and the construction of a new grocery store next to our house. We look forward to welcoming guests again from June. Guest access You have access to hallway, bedroom and bathroom. During your stay The room is right at the entrance and is relatively private and we are helpful with the practical. Other things to note We think it's important to inform you that we have a cat that is both inside the house and outside. It is not allowed to wear shoes inside. We do not provide the opportunity to charge electric cars
