Stunning semi- rural cottage with a huge bed!

A charming self contained small barn conversion in a semi rural location. An open plan kitchen, huge bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is stylishly decorated with a mix of vintage and new. Enjoy a long soak in the Victorian cast iron bath, long lie-ins in the superking bed, walks on your doorstep, games on the huge sofa or wander down to the village for an abundance of drinks and food. So much to see and do locally too and only 1hr from London. Please check pet policy. The space The large super king size bed is perfect for a blissful nights sleep and vintage obsessed owner, Julia, loves nothing more than collecting little nicknacks to add to the space. The large ensuite has a large cast iron roll top bath and large overhead shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher and washing machine in the garage. N.b there is no microwave. There is a TV with a new firestick and an HDMI cable to connect any laptops. Lots of games and Books available to get away from screens if you want to ;) You can walk to wadhurst (3 cafes, 2 restaurants, 2 pubs, a deli, an artisan grocer and a monthly market!) Guest access Full use of the cottage and small table and chairs over looking the courtyard at the front. For longer rentals some more storage is also available. Other things to note The house shares the same courtyard as the main house and our garden runs up the side of the house We are a busy family and the usual hubbub of the family and dog around the place isn't unusual at weekends and during school holidays. There is also no allocated garden area with this cottage. We are dog friendly but do not allow cats due to allergies - also do not provide any pet equipment. Dogs must stay downstairs and off furniture (sorry bad experiences in the past!)
