The space The house is accessed from the back straight into the utility room where you can leave your coats and muddy boots. The utility room has a butler sink, washing machine and separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering needs with a electric induction cooker, fridge/freezer and pine table and chairs. The kitchen leads to a dining/living area with a large dining table, bookshelves with a selection of local interest books and novels, games etc. There is a sofa bed for guests to use and views over the bay. A small corridor leads to the downstairs bathroom and large super king size bedroom with adjoining conservatory. The bathroom has a shower and roll top bath. If you have a requirement outside of these times please make an enquiry and we will see if we can accommodate. Dogs One behaved dog is welcome by arrangement. We would ask that that you keep your dog out of the bedrooms, off the furniture and under control at all times. It is worth noting that the property does not have secure fencing and as a crofting area most of the surrounding land is grazed by sheep so there is little opportunity for dogs to run off the lead apart from on the beach
