Delightful lodge on river marina, fully-furnished

Great for unwinding, walking, cycling, birdwatching and fishing, our small but perfectly formed lodge is set on a tranquil marina on the River Lark. Excellent base for a relaxing holiday or weekend break visiting the nearby historic cities of Cambridge, Ely or Bury St Edmunds. Fully furnished home of high quality. 33ft river frontage with mooring, parking for 2 guest cars, small garden and sun balcony. The space Even if the weather is bad, the conservatory is a lovely place to sit and watch all the activity on the water. Fishing from our mooring stage is a pleasant way to pass the day. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the lodge except for the study/laundry room. Other things to note Two bicycles (not suitable for extensive touring) are available for guest use, though you will have to pump up the tires yourself. Four steps lead up to the entrance to house. Well-behaved pets are very welcome but must not be left alone in the house. The garden is fully enclosed, but there is no barrier between the landing stage and the water (see photos). Absolutely NO barbecues or smoking are allowed, even in the garden.
