Villa among treetops, Lerum

This is a large villa in the town Lerum, situated 22 km from Gothenburg. Now a days we live two adults here, Joakim and Sofie. Our grown up children have moved to their own apartments. We therefore have plenty of space for you to use. The villa is located 20 min walk from train station in Lerum. There are also buses to take to arrive closer to the house. If you arrive by car there is space outside to park. The space On the ground floor there is a bedroom for two people and a lovely kitchen with room for many. Outside the kitchen there is a nice balcony/terrace to use. Have breakfast or dinner outside. At the entrance there is a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there are also facilities for clothes care with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. In one there are two 120 cm wide beds and in the other a double bed. Next to one of the bedrooms there is a large bathroom with a shower and double bathtub. On the second floor there is also a living room with a TV. On the third floor you have another living room and a terrace to use. On this terrace you are really among the treetops. There are two sofas on the third floor that can be made into beds for someone who is not so tall. Guest access You can of course use our kitchen if you want. For breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is possible to set the table outdoors on the terrace if the weather allows. Or sit inside around a large dining table with plenty of space for 8 people.
