Description
Spend the night near the Drents Friese Wold National Park! The modernly furnished ground floor of the church has a small hall, a toilet, a bedroom and a kitchen. The double room has a private bathroom with a private toilet. The comfortable double bed can also be split into two cots. The location is quiet, has a special atmosphere due to the monumental character of the property. A stay is ideal to explore the area and enjoy the tranquility and nature. The space Your room is on the ground floor, right next to the front door. A healthy breakfast is served in the room, in the kitchen or outside. We try to avoid waste and discuss what you would like for breakfast. We use organic products from the region as much as possible. Guest access You also have access to the kitchen on the ground floor. When the weather is nice, there is a seat in front of the church that you can use. If you are on a bicycle, it can be stored in a locked garden shed at night. During your stay We live on the first floor of the church and can give you tips about the area or more information about the former church, the bell tower and the chapel. Other things to note Corona virus update: You may be considering a booking at our B&B, and therefore it is good to know that you are welcome here. Why aren't we closed? We only have 1 room, and it is on the ground floor where no one else lives. Breakfast is served in the kitchen, which is used only by the B&B. We live on the second floor. We do share the only entrance and exit. We live on the edge of the Drents Friese Wold, a huge nature reserve where you can also hike and bike for hours in nice weather without encountering many people. Because you can also live reasonably isolated in our B&B, our door is still open for you!
