Step into Mount Cairns 16A, a luxurious two bedroom, partially wheelchair-accessible condo with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then unwind on your private deck, soaking in the hot tub under a stunning canopy of stars. From the parking lot, you will have easy, step-free entry to this condo. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV, and magnificent mountain views. The master suite features a King size bed, flat screen TV, and private full bathroom with large jetted tub/shower combination and two sinks. The guest bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, and jack-and-jill bathroom with a low step, step-in shower. Mount Cairns 16A will keep you warm and cozy in the winter with a gas fireplace, and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, community hot tub (as noted above, this particular condo has a PRIVATE hot tub) and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. What to be aware of: Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills. Please do not mail or ship anything to this home. No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply. No outside fires. Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight. Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. Quiet time at 9pm. Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line. Other things to note Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills. No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply. Quiet Time 9 p.m. SkyRun hot tubs are not intended for children. Guest buys own soaps / paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted. The community pool, hot tub, fire pit are open / closed (seasonal) / maintained at discretion of the condo HOA. Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight. No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo. Bears in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line. Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. SkyRun is not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Mary’s Lake Condominiums.
