Spacious studio condo 5 minutes walk to Perkins Cove, Ocean, Marginal Way, trolley stop. Easy stroll to Ogunquit Center. Kitchenette with fridge, top burner, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Has front patio, outside seating, gas grill, laundry, bicycle storage, one onsite parking space. Ideal for two but can accommodate four with queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Quiet, serene setting, but close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, nightlife, galleries, museums. The space Location cannot be beat! We are close to town but on quiet shore road in tranquil setting on Pine Hill. Everything Ogunquit has to offer is within walking distance. We seldom drive when there, preferring to bike wherever we go - roads have bike lanes and are generally flat. Trolley is convenient and saves you the hassle of parking. Studio is on first floor and parking is 20 feet from front door. There is laundry in the building. Guests have full use of common areas including gas grill and outdoor seating. Other things to note This is a year round condo, and unlike some parts of Ogunquit, the Perkins Cove area remains quite active throughout the winter with most restaurant and shops staying open. Considering visiting in the off season. Our favorite time to be in Ogunquit is September and October after the crowds have left. It has an entirely different feel - a more relaxed pace and a crispness in the air.
