Family home in the countryside near Charleville

Atypical and charming country house, completely renovated where styles mix. Located in a pretty little Ardennes village 12 km from Charleville-Mézières. You will find calm and serenity. Our house is in a cul-de-sac, without passage, so super quiet. You can enjoy 2 terraces and the garden to relax with beautiful views of the countryside. This is our house that we rent when we go on vacation. Please take care of them. The space Our house has 4 spacious bedrooms each with a double bed. We will leave some books, games and DVDs for children and teenagers. You can also enjoy our books. You will be asked to take great care of them. The ground floor is very spacious. Everything is open but with different spaces. You will find a bright and pleasant living room that opens directly onto a terrace. The kitchen includes all the essentials. It has just been fully renovated. All furniture and appliances are new. Please take care of them. The kitchen overlooks a second very bright terrace overlooking the garden. The view is beautiful There is also a dining room and bar area as well. There is a laundry room in which you can use the washing machine and dryer. We will be delighted to host you in our lovely house full of charm and surprises!! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except my work room and the mezzanine that overlooks one of the bedrooms. Rooms that you will not need will not be accessible to limit cleaning. Other things to note We provide bed linen but not towels. In the garage you will find at your disposal 4 adult bikes, 1 child bike, 1 barbecue, scooters, balloons. Also Chilean women and a hammock to rest with just the birdsong to accompany you. Our house juxtaposes a completely renovated and very nice playground. Our neighbors have goats and sheep. The kids will probably be happy to admire them. In the village you will find a farm where you can buy the famous Tomme des Ardennes, eggs, milk and dishes. It's open on Tuesday night and Saturday morning. We provide bed linen but not towels.
