Bright, cozy apartment in a quiet location

Bright, cozy holiday apartment (approx. 58 m²) with garden view and separate, ground-level entrance. It is in a quiet location on the ground floor of a detached house on the Rhine height surrounded by Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge). The space The apartment is on the ground floor in our house with a separate entrance from the garden side and has a pleasant temperature in hot summer as well as in winter. Since the apartment is pleasantly cool even in summer, nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep:) It includes an individually furnished kitchen with stove/oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It is fully equipped for cooking and baking and offers a pleasant seating area for three people to eat and chat together. From the kitchen, you can seamlessly enter a beautiful, bright living room with a large window and a view of the garden. This room is located on the south side of the house. Equipped with a cozy couch with blankets and cuddly pillows, coffee table, a bright cabinet in which there are glasses for every pleasure as well as travel brochures, excursion tips, hiking maps, board games and books, a flat-screen TV and a feel-good armchair. A separate workstation is also available. There is also an extra bed in this room that is 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. Now you go through a small hallway into a separate bedroom with a very nice natural wood bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The room also has a large wall unit that offers plenty of space for clothes and luggage. Two night consoles, each with a lamp, also decorate the room. Now it's back to the hallway with a wardrobe and a basket chair. From there you can reach the shower with toilet. It is brightly tiled and has a window for ventilation. It offers ample opportunities for storing and putting away cosmetics and hygiene items. There is also a hairdryer and a make-up mirror attached to the wall next to the large mirror. A hand mirror is also ready to use if you want to see your hairstyle from behind. Now only the terrace is to be mentioned, which is equipped with garden furniture and is in front of the entrance. One more note: A covered parking space is available next to our garden shed to store bicycles. Maybe now you can imagine the approx. 58 sqm cozy, bright and clean apartment and feel like spending a few vacation days here in the beautiful town of St. Katharinen.
