Home to a 100+ year old Magnolia tree in the backyard patio/pool area for alfresco dining. Our home has an international flavor with interesting professionals/interns from all over the world here for various reasons in Washington. People have their own space and as much privacy as they like; however there is also plenty of communal space. It is easy to relax in the common areas, share a meal and make new friends with people who may also be interested to explore the city. At the same time, your room affords complete privacy with a single bed, closet, built in bookshelves, a desk, towels and linens, desk, and chair. The house has a washer dryer and a fully equipped kitchen for your free use. You are renting a room and full access to all these common areas . Generally there are 2 people sharing each bathroom; (up to five people share 2 1/2 baths). We have two rooms that have a private bathroom, and may be booked subject to availability.
