Studio Barn in the South Downs National Park

Beautiful studio barn located next to the south downs national park, with easy access to local attractions including walks, mountain biking, Goodwood (motor circuit, golf and horse racing) and Chichester Harbour. Open plan living with kingsize bed, living room with free view / wifi, basic kitchen with fridge / hob / sink / coffee machine / microwave oven, wet room and shower. Outside patio with seating. The barn is situated within the garden of the main house but has its own private entrance. The space There is a small garden area behind the barn that quests have sole use of. The main house and barn are set in a rural area, but within walking distance of the village and local pub. We are surrounded by fields and a small woodland area, so the birds will wake you in the morning, rather than traffic noise. Other things to note This property is not really suitable for children under 12. It is within our garden....and although we love children, I do a lot of gardening, and love the peace and quiet of our surroundings. We also appreciate a no noise period between the hours of 11pm and 8am
