Please note that access to the sleeping loft is via a ladder. There are board games for the family or just a quick game of Yahtzee for the two of you. Access to the Telluride Ski Area is a couple of blocks walk to the base of Lift 7. The main street bustle is a simple 6-8 minute walk to the east. The Palm Theatre is next door, and the main grocery store is a couple of blocks to the south. There is on-site parking, and a communal washer and dryer are in the complex. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these HOA-determined closings** Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy: The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates), less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
