Rental unit in Winsen (Luhe)

WELCOME TO YOUR "Zur Birke" VACATION APARTMENT Hello, I am Biene. I opened a second apartment in Winsen on 09/15/2018, where you can simply relax. Close to the historic old town of Winsen Luhe, you will live in a bright ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), TV, kitchen with dining area, shower/toilet and small garden with seating. Parking is available. Lüneburg and HH can be reached comfortably by train. The space The kitchen is new and has everything you need, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and dishes for 6 people, glasses, etc. I also refill coffee, filter bags and tea. The bedrooms are newly furnished and consist of 2 single beds and a clothes rail - chair and table. In the bathroom there is shampoo - shower gel - toothpaste - deodorant - toilet paper and for my female guests hygiene items! If anything is missing, just contact me. Please note that this apartment does not have a separate living room, the bedrooms all have a TV. The apartment does not have its own washing machine. You can wash after consultation for € 3 per machine. Guest access The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished in September 2018. The apartment was also completely newly furnished in September 2018. Other things to note Please note that other visitors may not smoke, this is a non-smoking household and it should remain that way. There is the possibility, however, on the balcony or downstairs in front of the house. Unfortunately, you also have to do without your four-legged friend, as allergy sufferers also want to book and relax here. Thank you for your understanding. The Winsen Luhe train station, the city center or the castle can be easily combined with a walk and reached on foot. Lüneburg and Hamburg can be reached comfortably with the Metronom.
