My place is close to Redwood Regional Park and Joaquin Miller Park, great for hiking and biking, and beautiful bay views. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, woodsy location. It is about five minutes to Montclair Village, fifteen minutes to downtown Oakland and Berkeley, and twenty five minutes, traffic permitting, to San Francisco. The space What makes my apartment unique is the zen like quality of the actual space and the beauty of the environment in the middle of nature with animals such as deers, squirrels and wild turkeys walking around. Yet cities of Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco are very close and public transportation is available within ten minutes from the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment as well as the large backyard of the house. They also have a small private patio in front of their door and a parking space in the driveway next to the gate leading to the In-Law. Other things to note The neighborhood is very quiet, so we expect our guest (s) to respect the general atmosphere of the place. Our neighbors are very friendly and some of our guests have struck friendships with several of them over the years.
