The space The house enjoys a location on the border between an ancient village and the wooded hills to the north and south, and a small valley to the west that includes the gardens and the sunset. It is small (although the photos would like to make it feel bigger), but comfortable and well divided into three rooms: entrance-kitchen-living room, meditation room on a raised platform with a small loft 'the tower', the bedroom. A bathroom with shower. A terrace overlooking the valley below. It has been finished with a 4.5 cm thick old fir plank floor; an old sink in the kitchen; a beautiful blue enameled cast iron Jotul stove. You can rest on a double latex bed on a slatted base, and a futon with a mattress underneath on the platform. The terrace is the perfect place for an aperitif at sunset. Under the terrace, there is a pleasant corner for reading on a wooden platform and two deck chairs. In the house, the kitchen-dining room with a wooden floor and a nice square table are an excellent setting for relaxation, especially while someone is preparing food. In case of rain, the meditation room can be a good corner for reading. Guest access The entire house is exclusively for your use Other things to note In the village: - The well-stocked baker (the ancient grain bread is delicious). - Restaurant da GINO E GINA... try local dishes and pizzas... delicious. -Near the village (1.5-2 km towards Orciano) the Consortium where you can find pasta, oil, wine, sauces and jams and more!!! -In Pomaia, there is a great food store (with organic products) and another that prepares a delicious meat sauce!!! Places to visit: Pomaia: visiting the Lama Tzong Khapa Buddhist Institute is an experience to discover. Sea: Castiglioncello, characteristic, with pine forest and castle and many restaurants on the seafront. Marina di Cecina, the pine forests at the end of the road, southbound, have access to the sea...you can park the car, wide and free beach. Bolgheri: lunch or dinner in this small village, tasting its famous wines, is a must-try!!
