Welcome to your new Tahoe escape! This 3BR home has everything you need to make your Tahoe vacation memorable including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean furnishings, sleeping for 7, parking for 3 cars and a large deck with a quiet, beautiful view. Our home is walking distance to the lake, wonderful hiking and snowshoeing trails and only a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Village for skiing and shopping, the Gondola and all the Casinos. The space This home is designed for large families or groups of friends looking for a fun time at the beach, on the slopes or just relaxing at the house. (Netflix available on all TVs) Guest access You will have access to the entire house plus three parking spaces. You will also have free access to the private HOA beach across the street from our neighborhood. simply walk two blocks towards the Lake, cross the street using the cross walk, and turn left and you will see the entrance to the private beach walkway (shown in photos). It is truly a stunning and peaceful location. Other things to note For those traveling with small children, there is a busy street that has to be crossed to get to the lake. The house is for sale and there could be the possibility of a showing during your visit.
