For families, groups, business trips, workshops, dinner parties, family celebrations, garden, sauna The space in an idyllic village centre, directly at the Anger and village pond, with large garden and terrace are located: -5 separate, stylish apartments, (exact division see below) -separate common room on the ground floor (100 m2) with well-equipped communal kitchen, table tennis, fireplace, dining table terraces with seating area, sauna with shower; separate guest toilet The bed linen/ towels can be booked separately (10,00 EUR per person) and is not included in the price. Equipment and layout of the apartments and beds: -5 spacious apartments (2 to 3 beds, 25 m2), in total regular 10, with extra beds in own direction 15 people. -in each apartment a double bed (total 4: 180*200 cm and a 160*200; 10 people), -there are 2 folding mattresses (70*180 cm). In total, up to 15 people can stay there. The price is calculated on the basis of 10 guests. A maximum of 5 extra beds are accepted (a total of 12 blankets and pillows are available). -The apartments consist of 1 room (bedroom, bathroom) kitchenette with sink, further information see photos and floor plans -Dishes from the common room may be shared. Guest access 6-digit numeric code for entrance doors and apartments. Will be sent on the day of arrival at 14:00 as text SMS to the stored mobile phone number of the guest. Other things to note On weekdays, the apartments can also be rented individually. As a special service, we offer our guests the opportunity to organize dinner parties and smaller family celebrations in our house and to invite their own, additional guests (max. up to 40 people). This requires an extra charge of EUR 950. We have a recommended, preferred caterer for this. Contracts with other caterers are conceivable with conditions. No music is allowed after 22:00. Dance parties and outdoor speakers are not allowed. Additional prices are required for sauna 30, late checkout 50, celebration 950, bed linen 10 EUR per set.
