Chalé Verde Prána Serra da Moeda with whirlpool

Chalé Verde Prána is located in Brumadinho/MG, in Serra da Moeda, near Topo do Mundo and Condomínio Retiro do Chalé, in a 9,000 m² area in a totally private area. It is a super charming and comfortable 90 m² two-story chalet, with a deck balcony and a full hot tub with heating, jets, chromotherapy and ozone. Cozy and surrounded by nature, it is privileged with a breathtaking view of the mountains. It is possible to stay up to 4 people. The space The first floor consists of an American kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom and balcony, as well as an outdoor area with adequate space for a fire pit and barbecue with lots of green space. The second floor is a 36m² bedroom all in wood and glass, with a 18m² deck-style balcony at the height of the trees and a hot tub. The water that supplies the house comes from a spring straight from Serra da Moeda, clear and crystalline. It also has a solar heater, which makes the bath very pleasant. It is located 38 km from Inhotim, 40 km from BH Shopping and 15 km from Topo do Mundo where there is a hang gliding area. There are nearby ranches and farms that rent horses for rides, restaurants and pizzerias. Great region for bike and trail lovers. It is a ceramic center and has a lot of regional culture. Guest access Parking on site and in the region you can ride a bike, hike, ride motorcycles, etc. Other things to note We are in the midst of nature and animals will be there to be contemplated. In our chalet we have already visited seriemas, micos, jacus, insects, various types of birds and even jabutis and deer champions. It is forbidden to kill or capture them. We accept only one small animal (dog), at a rate of R$200.00, but follow the recommendations for your pet's best stay: We inform you that Chalé has only barbed wire fences, therefore we are not responsible if your dog escapes. The physiological needs of the animal must be made outside the chalet and the feces must be collected from the grass, as well as clean the chalet if the dog is subjected to the space. It is not allowed for the animal to climb on top of bed, sofa and upholstery. We do not offer containers for water and food or bed for pets, and the tutor must bring it when staying. Because we are in a forest area, there are many animals. We ask the guardians not to let their little animal attack and/or kill the wild animals that visit the Chalé, under penalty of incurring an environmental crime, according to environmental law. Any damage that the animal causes in the objects and structure of the Chalet is under the responsibility of the guest who must compensate the damage. At the time of the chekin, the guest must sign a waiver.
