Our barrier-free 🌟🌟🌟🌟apartment, classified according to the guidelines, is located in the idyllic town of Eisenach, a quiet village near Trier, the oldest city in Germany. The lovingly and modernly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and offers enough space for a relaxing stay on approx. 75 m². Whether as a couple, family or solo traveler – here you will find comfort, tranquility and an ideal starting point for excursions in the region The space The apartment, suitable for allergy sufferers, couples, families, fitters or business travelers, sleeps 5 people with its 2 bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a large closet, which also offers enough space for longer stays. The center of the apartment is the large kitchen-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The beautiful, modern bathroom with large shower is a feel-good oasis. Wi-Fi and a parking space are provided free of charge throughout the vacation period. TV and other household items are part of the apartment. In addition, bed linen and towels are available. The washing machine can of course be used for a fee. Guest access The spacious terrace is equipped with cozy garden furniture and offers direct access to a well-kept, lovingly landscaped garden. Our private garden area is exclusively available to guests of the Eifel apartment for shared use – it is not open to the public and invites you to relax and linger. A special highlight is the versatile playground, which is fun for both children and adults. The idyllic pond, where you can end the day in a relaxed way – perhaps with a glass of wine in the evening light – provides quiet moments. The following house rules should be an assistance for a harmonious stay. We've also listed some rules that we hope to understand. General If there is anything missing in the facility or if you need help, contact us with confidence. All items that are or belong to the apartment or on the balcony or terrace may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also accept the rental conditions When you leave, the vacation apartment should look more or less the same as you found it. Please dispose of all remaining food, and in particular empty the refrigerator, freezer compartment and dishwasher. Damage No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would appreciate if you could tell us about the damage that has occurred and we will not find it until after your departure at the final cleaning. The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs Kitchen Please treat the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care. Since a soiled kitchen does not delight anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets in clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of oven and microwave in clean condition. Ventilation To prevent mold formation, please ventilate the rooms adequately, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes, and especially after showering/bathing. Outdoor The cushions and pads of the outdoor furniture should be placed back in the storage areas provided inside and outside the house when not in use/in bad weather and/or at the latest on the day of departure. Please also remember to close in the above cases Cleaning If you have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remove this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean upon departure and cleanly put all the used dishes back in the cabinets. Quiet hours In the spirit of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe public quiet times such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Also in the apartment itself, quiet should be maintained between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. out of consideration. Diligence We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The front door should generally be closed and locked by key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage due to severe weather or burglary. The resources of water and electricity should be used sparingly
