Le Petit Voyageur St Quirin Gîte

The gîte includes a bedroom for adults with a 160 x 200 cm bed and 1 children's bedroom with a 70 x 160 cm bed, max. 80 kg, as well as a 130 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room. 15 min from Center Parcs Village ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Lots of hiking trails. Center Parc 10 km away, 13 minutes Massif du Donon and its temple 21 km away Saint-Louis-Arzviller Inclined Plane 24 km away Lac de Pierre-Percée 30 km away Pierre-Percée Adventure Park 29 km away Rocher de Dabo 30 km away Sainte-Croix Animal Park 31 km away The space Le Petit Voyageur (10 minutes from Center Parcs) is a cozy little nest measuring 70 m² that sleeps up to 3 adults (an adult bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a 130x190 cm sofa bed in the living/dining room) and 1 children's bedroom (dimensions of the bed in the children's bedroom: length 160 cm x 70 cm, max. 80 kg). The bedrooms and the bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The toilet, kitchen and living/dining room are on the ground floor. A 40-inch HD TV equipped with a Chromecast We have a 7kW charging station for your electric vehicle. It is located at our home, which is 300 m from the cottage (extra charge) The gite has private parking for two cars, a raised mini garden*, and two terraces with outdoor furniture. Pets are only allowed after agreement and if they are not allowed to sleep in the bed or on the duvet (we had to do multiple washes twice, etc., to remove all the hair) The vacation rental is equipped with fiber optic internet We have to add (we didn't think we would have to do this) that the child's bed is not a bed for your pet but really for a child Unfortunately, we can no longer allow cats due to a few problems (our upholstery remembers). With only 1 fenced terrace and no garden, medium or large dogs would only be unhappy at our place, not to mention the small size of the cottage For smokers, just let us know and we will prepare the necessary items on the terrace (ashtray, etc.) *For a view over the rooftops, the garden and the upper terrace can be accessed from the lower terrace. Access is via external stairs closed by a gate so as not to let your children go up them alone, as they are quite steep.
