Wilton Palms, your own waterfront luxury pool home

Welcome to Wilton Palms, your private luxury waterfront home with heated saltwater pool and hot tub. You can have coffee in the morning on the comfortable luxury seating while watching the water. Then, sunbathe on the loungers on your private dock in the morning sun, before migrating to the pool deck to enjoy the afternoon sun. As the day moves on, either walk to the restaurants and bars of famous Wilton Drive, or make your way less than a mile to fabulous Fort Lauderdale Beach for dinner! The space I travel for work and live between 2 homes which I have grown to love sharing with other people around the world when I am not home. This home is my most recent addition and is a luxury mid century modern home in the heart of Wilton Manors. My guests enjoy a short quiet 9 minute walk to Wilton Drive for all the restaurants and nightlife and are conveniently located less than a mile from famous Ft Lauderdale Beach. For all potential guests, please know that my home is legally registered and licensed with the City of Wilton Manors as a vacation rental and I pay my cleaning professionals qualified living wages. Guest access My guests get to enjoy my home as if it were their own. It is furnished as my primary residence and as such, you have everything you need to sleep, pool, beach, cook, and relax as if you live on the beach yourself. Quite literally, just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit! Other things to note My home is legally registered and licensed with the city. As such, I have entered an agreement with the city that I will uphold all city code and rules. I ask all my guests to be respectful of city ordinances, as well as, to simply be a great neighbor in my community during your stay. All pertinent city codes/rules are posted by the front door as required to maintain my licensing. Sadly, due to a recent experience, I have turned off the auto book feature for my listings. Any guest who wishes to book my home will be required to acknowledge that there is a ZERO tolerance policy for the following guidelines and failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from the premises: (1)No parties on the property (2No one allowed on the property who isn’t included in the booking reservation (3)No more than 3 cars allowed on the property (4)No more than 6 people in the house (5)Full compliance with house rules and city codes posted by the front door
