A popular holiday cottage for many years, Arch Cottage enjoys a modern heating system and upgraded bathroom, along with fresh country decor and stylish furnishings. The cottage presents as a very elegant and comfortable character cottage that really is a perfect bolt hole to escape to at any time of the year. On the ground floor, there is an invitingly cosy sitting room with ambient wood burning stove, a well-equipped spacious breakfast kitchen, and an charming dining conservatory that overlooks the pretty south facing garden. Upstairs on the first floor, three bedrooms (double, twin and a large single) and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. A distinct advantage in this bustling village is the garage parking which is suitable for a family-size car (not suitable for larger SUVs) or as secure bike storage. Arch Cottage has a very welcoming feel and all manner of holidaymakers, whether it be couples, friends, or a small family, will enjoy a relaxing break at this super Norfolk hideaway. Burnham Market is a great base for getting out by foot, bus or car. You will not be short of things to see and do whatever the time of year. Within a short walk of the front door of Arch Cottage you can sample modern dining at Socius, rustic and fiery menus at No Twenty9, and the ever popular and traditional Hoste Arms. For a lighter bite, there is a handful of lovely delis and cafes serving delicious coffee and food. The well-stocked village store is a two minute walk away, and there is also a petrol station nearby. Norfolk's stunning coastline can be reached in less than 5-minutes by car. There is a stairgate located at the bottom of the stairs, with the removable gate stored in the rear bedroom wardrobe. First Floor: Master bedroom High-ceilinged room with beams, king-size iron bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and built-in cupboard. En-suite shower room With a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two Twin single beds with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and table lamp. Bedroom three Large single bed with storage under and hanging rail. Family bathroom Bath with electric shower over, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside: A pretty south facing, private, paved garden, with a variety of shrubs and plants, garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking for a family size car but not larger SUVs. Additional free street parking (very busy during holidays), or a large Pay and Display car park is around 300 yards away.
