Behind a patchwork stone facade, recent renovations have wrought airy, light-filled interiors which somehow manage to simultaneously be spacious and cosy. The highlight downstairs is the convivial, open-plan living area; a restful mix of calming neutral tones punctuated by eye-catching artworks and interesting original pieces. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven with 4 ring hob, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer. Good quality crockery, glasses and cookware. Dining area (seats 6). Large walk in pantry / store. Utility room adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine, plenty of storage space and microwave. Cloakroom with WC and basin. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom one with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV with Freeview. En-suite bathroom with bath with handheld shower, basin and WC. Bedroom two with zip and link beds which can be made up as a super king double or twins as preferred, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV with Freeview. En-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. OUTSIDE Crailing Coach House sits in a pretty, enclosed garden with a lawned area and terrace with outside furniture and a Weber charcoal barbecue. There is private parking for two cars within the enclosed garden area. Guests are welcome to walk around the wider estate. The courtyard area to the rear is not available to guests. Storage for outdoor kit and bikes is available in a lockable shed in the rear courtyard. PARKING There is ample parking available next to the property or parking for two cars within the enclosed garden area. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING For safety reasons, we do not permit electric vehicle or hybrid car charging at this property. If you’re travelling by EV, discover your nearest electric vehicle charging point here. BABIES & CHILDREN A travel cot and highchair is available on request. The garden is fully enclosed for children to play. DOGS Regretfully the cottage is not suitable for dogs. GUEST AMENITIES Both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. The beds are made up with high quality bed linen, feather and duck down duvets and duck down and hollowfibre pillows. A hairdryer is supplied in each bedroom. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided for all guests. Hand soaps and shower wash are provided. WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE There is Fibre Wi-Fi at the cottage with good speeds of around 27MB. There is good mobile coverage on most networks. HEATING Crailing Coach House has biomass (woodchip) central heating, which can be thermostatically controlled, in addition to the wood burning stove in the living area. A generous initial supply of logs and kindling is provided. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION For guests looking to holiday together, this cottage can be booked alongside Crailing Cottage, sleeping 5, which sits next door to Crailing Coach House, and Crailing West Lodge, sleeping 2, which is the gate lodge situated at the entrance of the Crailing Estate.
